We provide $25,000 in Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. Life insurance benefits reduce to 65% at age 70 and 50% at age 75. Learn more.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you
This program provides financial protection for you by paying a portion of your income when you are disabled. The amount you receive is based on the amount you earned before your disability began. The benefit is 60% of your weekly income to a maximum of $2,000 when you are out sick for more than 14 days. The benefit continues for 11 weeks. Learn more.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY - Provided at no cost to you
This program begins when you are disabled for more than 90 days. The benefit is 60% of your monthly income to a maximum of $9,000 and continues for a maximum of 24 months or normal retirement age. Learn more.
